Build-Source Corp. (BSC) is a General Contracting company founded in April of 1998 by father and son team Serdjo Pavich & Phil Pavich. We perform complete commercial interior renovations and select residential renovations in the NYC area. We work on both private and public projects that have included showroom renovations, office build-outs, retail store renovations, community center renovations and many other commercial and residential projects.
Uniquely, BSC also specializes in the renovation and construction of health care facilities, completing over 200 facilites since 1998
SAFETY
The safety of building occupants, building staff, visitors, patients (when necessary) and construction personnel is a paramount focus and concern for BSC at all times. Over the years, we have implemented a job safety system that includes:- OSHA Certification of all BSC personnel.- OSHA Certification of all BSC Subs.- Implementation and monitoring of safe work practices.- Safety reviews at weekly job meetings.- Weekly safety reports.- Clean and orderly job-site conditions.- Special precautionary work methods in occupied spaces.- ZERO TOLERANCE for unsafe work conditions/practices.- COVID compliant jobsites which include strict compliance to our BSC Covid Safety & Communciation Plan and all current NYS, NYC, DOH, DOB and OSHA guidelines.
TIME BSC prepares and maintains Job Schedules that are constantly monitored and updated for our clients. We believe in preparing accurate initial-job-duration-forecasts and we work voraciously to complete all of our projects on or ahead of schedule. Please note that BSC utilizes Procore Construction Management Software on all our Projects.
QUALITY BSC builds quality. We utilize only materials that have been specified and approved. We employ and train highly experienced staff and we hire only the finest and most reliable sub-contractors to complete all of our projects. Our mission is to exist as a company by providing the best quality services. Because of this, our customers have continuously requested our services and have chosen to work with us time and time again.
COST BSC has prospered because of efficiency. From our staff to our subs, we have implemented proven work systems to complete jobs in an expeditious and timely manner. This can be attributed to our unparalleled knowledge and experience of building interior spaaces. For over 25 years, we have maintained the ability to forecast, plan and execute all of our projects in a very efficient manner. In addition, we have the ability to very accurately forecast job costs and job budgets. We know what it takes to get the job done for our customers. We propose real job-cost Proposals and we look to earn our profits on our contracted work. We do not approach projects with the intent to secure contracts with low numbers, and maximize potential upcharges that the owner has not identified prior to award.
